For more than 20 years, I have worked across UX, visual design, web development, product thinking, information architecture, accessibility, branding, and customer experience. My work has lived mostly in complex software environments: enterprise platforms, e-commerce, government systems, financial workflows, cybersecurity products, media subscriptions, developer portals, and internal business applications.
Visionary & AI Advocate
I have been an early and practical adopter of AI in both design process and customer-facing solutions. That includes work with OpenAI and Anthropic models, agentic workflows, Figma AI, and Figma Make. I am interested less in AI as a buzzword and more in what it changes: how people discover, decide, complete work, and trust the systems in front of them.
