Thank you for visiting my online Portfolio. While I am not free to share proprietary designs and information, I will strive to provide re-creations of problems and challenges I have faced over the years, and how I've approached solving them.
Customer Footprint
The business - serving hundreds of thousands customers with vastly diverse needs. The problem - dated and disjointed systems. The result - inability of the users to fully understand the scope of their engagement with the business.
The project of Customer Footprint was a key part of solving this problem and unveiling a new, holistic approach to not only support established business goals, but to also do so through improving customer confidence.
Warehouse Companion
Warehouse Companion tackled a hidden but business-critical problem: getting the right data center components picked, packed, and shipped quickly, accurately, and with less confusion. The project turned a slow, fragmented warehouse process into a mobile experience designed around the people doing the physical work.
What made the project especially relevant was its practical use of AI. Instead of adding a chatbot, the concept used AI where it actually helped: guiding workers through the warehouse, reducing wasted movement, and helping orders move from request to shipment with fewer delays and fewer opportunities for error.

Some of my designs have been in use by countless end-users for nearly twenty years, whether Web Services platforms such as HP WASP (Formerly Systinet WASP), HP Application Lifecycle Management / Application Lifecycle Inteligence (HP ALM / ALI), solutions I had designed with Monster.com for U.S. Government hiring and staffing processes, and others.

HP ALI (Application Lifecycle Intelligence)
HP Application Lifecycle Management is a web-based application tool used to manage a product's entire lifecycle.
ALI (Application Lifecycle Intelligence) is an integrated companion solution which connects developers, managers, testers, and business analysts enabling real-time traceability and minimizing risks in application development.
HP ALI: Team Reporting and Management
An extension on HP ALI, the Team Reporting & Management allows managers and team leads to review work activity, workload, and tangible outcomes of the entire team (such as Defect Density, Coverage, and Velocity) .
It also provides insights and analytics into the team's composition, identifying key players, achievers, risk-takers, and helping the manager/lead plan the optimal task assignment.
Sirius XM: Online Account Center
Years of organic growth have brought Sirius XM's OAC (Online Account Center) many useful features.
The goal of my engagement with OAC was to align the service with latest brand standards and provide information architecture and systemic redesign of the service which would enable the users' intuitive understanding.
Monster Goverment Solutions: Offboarding
The Offboarding application was conceived and designed to guide the employee, the manager, and the HR together through the often complicated process of separation, following all processes and best practices at the time.
MGS Offboarding provided a complex yet flexible workflow between the three key actors.
