Thank you for visiting my online Portfolio. While I am not free to share proprietary designs and information, I will strive to provide re-creations of problems and challenges I have faced over the years, and how I've approached solving them.
Customer Footprint
The business - serving hundreds of thousands customers with vastly diverse needs. The problem - dated and disjointed systems. The result - inability of the users to fully understand the scope of their engagement with the business.
The project of Customer Footprint was a key part of solving this problem and unveiling a new, holistic approach to not only support established business goals, but to also do so through improving customer confidence.
Warehouse Companion
Warehouse Companion tackled a hidden but business-critical problem: getting the right data center components picked, packed, and shipped quickly, accurately, and with less confusion. The project turned a slow, fragmented warehouse process into a mobile experience designed around the people doing the physical work.
What made the project especially relevant was its practical use of AI. Instead of adding a chatbot, the concept used AI where it actually helped: guiding workers through the warehouse, reducing wasted movement, and helping orders move from request to shipment with fewer delays and fewer opportunities for error.
Work In Progress
The portfolio is currently being reviewed and updated. I will be updating it continuously. While I am not free to share proprietary designs and information, I will strive to provide similar re-creations of problems and challenges I have faced over the years, and how I've approached solving them.
